Operations entail a constant vigil, lightning fast response to emergencies and constant feedback and constant client feedback. Duty manuals are maintained for every post. They capture requirements specific to a post, for example switching on the lights at a particular time or closing certain gates at a designated time. Regular feedback from every client about each guard helps us keep a sharp eye on the workings of our personnel, and refresher course are imparted on the basis of these. There are constant night checks by our dedicated night checking teams in addition to field officers and managers who carry out surprise checks each night. Monthly audits are carried out by dedicated teams that report directly to the directors.
