It is done as per the format specially designed to meet the physical and educational standards of prospective security staff. Basic education is essential and each of our guards has studied at least up to matriculation. Besides, stress is laid on the individual's background, verifying his past history of at least a year and employment record, with a view to root out the entry of undesirable persons. This is done through references and also from police and personal records.

Training

Basic training in military drill is imparted and the bearing of a raw, uninitiated person is perfected. He is taught the niceties of donning a uniform, to be well groomed and well-mannered. The virtues of discipline and punctuality are ingrained at an early stage. They are trained in fire-fighting drills and procedures, and correct usage and handling of fire equipment. We have experts who carry out periodic maintenance and refilling of fire extinguishers and other equipment. This extensive training is supplemented by regular refresher courses.
